Johanna has built her career in marketing and advertising since 1974, starting out in marketing in the UK then holding directorships in both South Africa and British advertising agencies until she was appointed Managing Director of Grey – Phillips Advertising in 1988. She joined Mazole Holdings in 2005 as CEO and founded the IAS in 2007.
Nikki has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and advertising, with the last 13 of those being in a consulting role. She has strong relationship management skills and is able to identify service gaps in client agency relationships with ease and to put the appropriate new structures in place. Nikki’s industry knowledge enables her to facilitate pitch processes with confidence as well as managing the IAS’s comprehensive master class programme.
Hlamazi a director at the IAS is an AAA School of Advertising Integrated Marketing Communications graduate who works as a Project Manager and Consultant at the Independent Agency Search and Selection Company.
Her background is in agency and marketing roles where she has worked in Pitch Consultancy, Inbound & Email Marketing. She has strong process management, strategic and relationship building skills.
Ambassador (Dr.) Konji Sebati
Konji has over 25 years’ experience in the private, corporate and public sector; both in South Africa and within Africa, especially Kenya where she obtained her Medical degree, and Ghana; and extensive networks in Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Nigeria and Cote d’Ivoire.
Currently she is Chief Executive of IPASA, the Innovative Pharmaceutical Association of South Africa, a position she has held for five years.
