Background

IAS (Independent Agency Search and Selection company) in association with the AAR Group, was founded in South Africa by the Mazole Holdings Group in 2006. IAS specializes in helping clients find agencies.  International associate company AAR Group was founded more than 30 years ago in the UK and has associates and branches throughout the world, the most recent being IAS.

Mazole Holdings

Mazole is a black-owned marketing and communications investment company which was founded in 1997 by Dan Moyane, who is the company Group CEO. There are two shareholders, including Moyane, who owns 60% of the company and Johanna McDowell who owns 40%.
